Commander Storm
We are the Nerf Herders. We are a 4-H robotics club and we participate in First Lego League. Here are some fun facts about our team:

We love Star Wars!

Our team motto is a Han Solo quote: “Never tell me the odds!”

Each year we choose Star Wars themed hats that go with the FLL challenge to show our team spirit. This year the challenge is "Hydrodynamics" so we chose storm trooper hats because of the link between "storm" and hydrodynamics. ( Last year we did ewok hats for "Animal Allies". The year before we each had a different Star Wars character hats made from recycled clothes for "Trash Trek".)

Two of the main values we learn through participating in First Lego League are Coopertition and Gracious Professionalism. Our definitions of these values are:

Gracious Professionalism - 1) Doing the right thing even if it means no personal gain, 2) Sharing knowledge or equipment with other competitors so that everyone has a chance to be better.

Coopertition - Cooperating with other teams as we compete in friendly competition.

ABOUT
I love playing baseball, football, and almost any sport. I also play the violin and have played the violin for four years. Lastly, of course, I love coding!
I love music and play the cello, piano, and guitar. I want to be an aerospace engineer and I love to build things out of Legos. I also enjoy coding.
